Are Italian and Jewish mothers the next victims of this kind of litigation?

I had a latin friend whose mother used to feed us heavy-on-the-cheese-laden quesadillas...

I'm thinking of preparing the lawsuit... but, alas, I may have a statute of limitations problem.
